Apple Officially Lists The First 15-Inch MacBook Pro With Retina Display As “Vintage” – Loveios
Introduced in 2012, Apple’s first 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display now is officially listed as “Vintage” or “obsolete” depending what region you are in, according to Apple’s vintage and obsolete products list (Via MacRumors).
When a product becomes Vintage and Obsolete, it means that Apple and Authorized Service Providers will no longer repair or service the 2012 MacBook Pro, given over five years have passed since it was last manufactured. The only regions exempted include California and Turkey, where required by law….
