Open the Console app (/Applications/Utilities/ folder) and click on the ~/Library/Logs/Keyboard Maestro/Engine.log file.
Running application query took a while (3079 us)
That just means there is a running process with PID 3037.
In the Terminal, run the command:
ps auxw | grep 370…
